Faxton St. Luke's Healthcare
Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare (FSLH) is a not-for-profit healthcare system with two campus locations for inpatient and outpatient care, long term care at St. Luke’s Home and continuing care services through Visiting Nurse Association, Senior Network Health and Mohawk Valley Home Care.
We are committed to providing accessible, quality healthcare to our community, with eight primary care offices (Adirondack Community Physicians) located throughout Oneida and Herkimer counties, including the North Country. We work in collaboration with St. Elizabeth Medical Center to operate the Mohawk Valley Heart Institute, The Regional Cancer Program, and the Central New York Diabetes Education Program.
